SHIPPING: To save our customers money we ship the least expensive way. Your order will be shipped UPS or USPS, unless you request otherwise. There will be an additional charge for orders shipped by request using another carrier. Cases are shipped flat packed directly to customers. This enables us to ship your case at substantial savings to you with mininum handling problems and without breakage (glass not included) associated with shipping. S/H COSTS: Shipping and handling charges are based on packaging, size, the weight and distance your package will travel and who the carrier will be. On shipping and handling cost for out of country shipments please email us for information using our contact form. CUSTOMER NOTICE: FedEx has been experiencing on going problems with losing, and misrouting packages during the months of November thru the end of January. Because of this we will limit any shipping by FedEx during these months to "No Other Alternative" shipping available. Should you personally request that your display case be shipped by FedEx during these months, we will not accept responsibility for delays do to packages lost or misrouted. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation concerning this matter and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us. PAYMENT METHODS: Hallen Display Cases accepts personal checks, certified checks, postal and bank money orders, a check from an organization or company in American funds. For out of country orders, personal checks drawn on an American bank and bank drafts in US funds are acceptable. Do to the ever increasing problem of idenity thief and credit card fraud we do not accept credit card purchases. We apologize for any inconvience this may have on customers that would like to use their credit card to make their purchase. SALES POLICY: All display cases are custom cut to order and hand-crafted here at Hallen, and shipped promptly to customers. After we receive your order and payment in the mail your order will be filled, flat packed and shipped on it's way to you within 15 business days or less. Since all wooden display cases are custom cut and hand made we do not stock display cases. If we run out of a specific material required to complete your order, and cannot ship within the 3 weeks, we will notify you. You may cancel your order at that time if you desire or any time prior to shipping. You may inquire about the status of your display case any time by e-mailing us. RETURNS: We ship the finest handmade display cases available today and guarantee you will be satisfied and delighted with your purchase. However, should you not be satisfied with your display case, we will gladly authorize returns for a refund so long as it is within 30 days, from time of receipt by you. (special & custom orders are not returnable without authorization) Unless there is an error by us, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When returning an item it must be in original condition and packaging, with appropriate insurance and the "INVOICE" ( failure to return the invoice will delay your reimbursement). Should your display case be damaged during return and you did not insured it as required, you will be entitled only to the amount the carrier will reimburse you or us. So please remember to insure your return package. Display cases returned simply by your choice will be charged a one time storage fee of 10%. Important Note:
